I have ordered XL size but S is delivered and I have also ordered shorts size M which is not delivered to me

The size is smaller/tighter than the standard/usual fit, so need the next larger size but unfortunately was not allowed any exchange! So the product is useless for us and a loss.

Hi The wrong order has been sent, I have ordered L size for both trouser but for black one I got S size which is of no use. I have also sent multiple emails to hummel care but they also didn’t respond on my any email. This is really not acceptable from a brand like hummel. I was just asking for the exchange to L size because there is no use of Small size. It is useless for me. I have been struglling with this since the day I receive the product and there is no response or help from you guys. Poor customer service. Will never order again from hummel.
