Placing an Order

1. How do I place the order?

  • Begin by selecting the product you want.

  • Choose the appropriate size for your item.

  • Add the selected product to your cart.

  • Ensure that you enter your shipping address accurately, including the pin code.

  • Next, pick your preferred payment method from options like net banking, credit/debit card, or wallets.

  • Proceed to complete the payment after being redirected to the payment page.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be successfully placed. You'll receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp and an email containing your order details.

2. Is it possible to include additional items or modify the size of an item after an order has been placed?

Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate any amendments to it. However, you have the option to place a new order or cancel/return the existing one if needed.

3. Is it possible to update my delivery address after placing an order?

Once an order has been successfully placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address. 

4. What taxes are applied to transactions?

All prices are inclusive of GST levied as per law.

5. Are there shipping fees?

We provide free shipping for all orders. 

6. Do you deliver nationwide in India?

We deliver to the majority of cities across India. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

7. Is it necessary to register an account to make purchases on our website?

No, it's not mandatory to create an account; you can proceed as a guest user. However, signing up for an account can streamline the checkout process by storing your address details, saving you time.

8. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept the following payment options:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Internet Banking

  • UPI

  • Payment Wallets

Order Tracking and Delivery

How can I check the status of my order or delivery?

What is the estimated delivery time?

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days from the date they are placed. Delivery to the customer is expected within 5 working days from the shipment date for locations that are serviceable.

Returns and Refunds

 How can I return my product(s) purchased?

  • Initiate Return via https://hummelindia-rms-unilog.unicommerce.com

  • Enter your order ID & email /phone number.

  • Select the items you want to return with quantity & reason.

  • Type down the detailed issue.

  • Upload min. 3 images of the product in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.

  • Select payment mode.

  • Verify your address & proceed with the request.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept return on items valued at INR 500 or below.

  • We do not accept return on inner wear (sports bra and vests), accessories (Fragrances, Sippers, Socks & Bags) and exclusive club jerseys.  

1. When can I get my refund?

Upon receiving your returned product to our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which typically takes 1-2 working days. If the product passes inspection, we'll initiate the refund process within 1-2 working days to your original payment source.  (add infographic if possible)

2. I want to exchange the order.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. However, you can initiate a return and place a new order.

3. I chose the wrong size. What to do?

Currently, we don't support modifications post-purchase. However, you can place a new order and return/cancel the existing one.

4. Can I change the delivery address?

Once an order is successfully placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
