Return & Refund Policy
hummel India has an easy process to ensure hassle-free returns. We’re here to help if you’re not happy or satisfied with your order. Please raise a return request within 7 days of the order delivery. Once the request is approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up within 72 hours of your request. It may take 5-15 working days for the product to reach back to our order processing centre.
Steps to Return:
- Go to INITIATE RETURN
- Mention your order number & the registered mobile number
- Choose the product & quantity
- Select the reason for return
- Upload 3 images of the product in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact
- Confirm your pickup address
- After finishing the process, you'll receive a confirmation email.
- We do not accept return on items valued at INR 500 or below.
- We do not accept return on inner wear (sports bra and vests), accessories (Fragrances, Sippers, Socks & Bags) and exclusive club jerseys.
- We do not accept exchange requests. Please return the product & place a new order.
- Please make sure the products to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all the tags and packaging intact.
- The Offer is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. All rights reserved. No requests for transfer or assignment or redemption of the benefits shall be entertained. You agree that all Hummel decisions related to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Hummel to enforce any of these T&Cs in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the T&Cs and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.
- These T&Cs are subject to Indian laws and the courts at Haryana shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any disputes or any matter arising here from.
- This Offer is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Hummel India Private Limited ("Force Majeure Event").
- Hummel India Private Limited shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Offer as a result of a Force Majeure Event.

- It may take up to 7 working days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.
- Shipping/COD charges if any are not refundable
Once the product(s) reaches back to our warehouse and passes the quality check process, refund(s) will be initiated to the source account as per below timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: It may take up to 7 working days depending upon your bank/credit card to reflect in your account.
- COD Orders: We shall send you a mail on your registered Email Id. You can provide the required details & post that refund will be initiated within 10 working days.
We provide 30 days product warranty. In a rare event, if you face any issue with the product, then you can claim for warranty.
General conditions for warranty claim:
Claims are entertained only against manufacturing defects and admissible when shoes have been appropriately used. No claim is admissible on socks & bodywears.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, misuse, accident or neglect.
- The warranty does not cover the laces of the shoe.
- The warranty does not cover induced tears, fading due to detergents etc.
