Orders

Is it safe to order on-line with my credit card?

Yes, your privacy is paramount. The payment gateways used on the store are PCI DSS certified and are encrypted.

What would be the delivery timeline?

It will take 3 - 5 business days for Metro cities and 5 - 8 business days for Non-Metro cities.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order?

We begin processing orders immediately. For this reason, we will not be able to change or cancel orders. If you have any questions about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team on 022 40174601 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday. We cannot accept e-mail requests for order changes or cancellations.

What is the return policy on hummel products?

Where can I purchase hummel products?

The products can be purchased at www.hummel.net.in or through our retail stores. The Stores can be located through our website in the Store Locator.

Would I receive a confirmation email of my purchase?

All submitted online orders will receive an automated confirmation email. In case of any technical issues and you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service Team on 022 40174601 (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM) from Monday to Saturday.

Do you deliver to another country?

For safe & effective delivery, we do not offer this service outside India.
